We are Schedugram, a company based in Australia with a global remote team. We help marketing managers and agencies schedule their Instagram content.
We're searching for a Lead Engineer / Head of Engineering (MEAN Stack) who will turbocharge our existing team, hire talent, streamline development output and take responsibility for our code base.
Our stack includes:
- NodeJS / Express
- MongoDB
- AngularJS (1)
- Redis
- RabbitMQ
- React Native
- AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2)
- GitHub
- Slack
What we’re looking for:
- Write code
- Deep expertise in our stack
- Create decision matrices for architectural decisions
- Maintain a clean code base and documentation
- Create and enforce code guidelines
- Manage the team and help them improve their coding skills
- Take ownership of our whole technical stack and delivery
- Discuss technical issues with non-technical teams
Your background:
- 5+ years in software development
- Deep experience with the MEAN stack
- 2+ years experience leading a small engineering team
- Experience working remotely
- Experience at a startup (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Knowledge in agile best practice development methods and delivery technologies
- Experience teaching and mentoring junior developers
- Full time availability
