Full-Time Lead Engineering Operations Specialist

• Responsible for leading and managing engineering operations programs.
• Ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Drive initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Engineering function.
• Interface with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination.
• Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline.

• Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma / GED, with at least 3 years of experience in Project Management.
• Additional experience with proven results in process implementation and improvement.
• Knowledge and experience implementing advanced SmartSheet features.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Established project management skills.
• Experience implementing financial and operational management systems.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with GE Aerospace's FLIGHT DECK lean operating model.
