We are growing our change management team and looking for a Lead Learning Consultant to join our exciting journey and the Hitachi Solutions Europe family.
This role reports to our Senior Learning Manager and delivers learning solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing comprehensive client learning programs from design, development, and implementation.
- Preparing and delivering learning strategies based on client needs.
- Developing and supporting the creation of needs analysis, curriculum development, training delivery, and evaluation.
- Strategically aligning learning initiatives with business goals and leading a learning consultant team to achieve optimal results.
- Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Supporting projects and project teams as the subject matter expert on learning specific areas.
- Designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions considering instructional design and learning theories.
- Building rapport with relevant business team interfaces to facilitate learning development and delivery.
- Ensuring learning delivery milestones are managed to time, cost, and quality.
- Helping line managers and trainers solve training problems (one-on-one or in groups).
- Coordinating and collaborating with subject matter experts and business teams to maintain standards and adapt materials.
- Conducting regular on-site client meetings to review training status, strategy, schedules, issues, and mitigation measures.
- Liaising with project managers to ensure training deliverables and project milestones are aligned and met.
- Championing the Change Management Team and driving growth opportunities.
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of ERP training experience, preferably with Dynamics 365.
- Experience in developing learning solutions on large-scale transformation projects, including ERP systems implementations.
- Credible client-facing personality.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Experience working with Digital Adoption Platforms and e-learning solutions.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems.
- Adaptability to new technologies and processes.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills (oral and written).
- Knowledge of learning and development methodologies.
- Results-focused with strong business acumen and analytical/structured thinking.
- Commitment to improving knowledge and skills.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with Articulate, Camtasia, and Lemon Learning (advantage).
- Fluent in French or German (advantage).
- TAP qualified or Microsoft Certified Trainer (advantage).
