Works collaboratively to design and develop machine-learning-based solutions for clients.

• Leads project teams, shapes project scopes, and works directly with clients.
• Provides mentorship, guidance, and strategic direction to team members.
• Brings together state-of-the-art solutions to solve clients' most pressing problems.

Responsibilities:

• Research and development on AI/ML models.
• Design, train, and optimize machine learning models.
• Experiment with state-of-the-art AI techniques.
• Integrate models into production environments.
• Analyze and preprocess large datasets.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI and ML.
• Ensure AI models adhere to ethical practices.
• Contribute to technical documentation and research.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate.
• Effective communication skills.
• Guiding, mentoring, and providing feedback to team members.
• Helping shape project scopes.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in a related field.
• 6+ years of AI/ML experience with increasing leadership.

Skills:

• Proficiency in ML tools (PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Huggingface).
• Advanced programming skills in Python.
• Experience with R and/or C++.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms.
• Experience scoping and leading machine learning projects.
• Experience deploying ML models in production.
• Experience with cloud-based ML infrastructure.
• MLOps practices/tools.
