Lead MLOps Engineer

Job Summary: tvScientific is seeking a Lead MLOps Engineer to join our distributed engineering team. You'll be instrumental in scaling our data science practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the decision-making process for Data Science tools, from workflows to training infrastructure to Kubernetes deployments.
  • Enhance the developer experience for the data science team.
  • Improve our observability tooling.
  • Lead and mentor the data science team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong experience with Terraform, EKS, and MLOps.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • System-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced Series B startup environment.

Additional Skills (Beneficial but not mandatory):

  • Experience with adtech or CTV.
  • Programming experience with Python, Scala, or Zig.
  • Experience managing systems across multiple clouds.
  • Teaching experience (plus).
