Lead MLOps Engineer
Job Summary: tvScientific is seeking a Lead MLOps Engineer to join our distributed engineering team. You'll be instrumental in scaling our data science practice.
Responsibilities:
- Own the decision-making process for Data Science tools, from workflows to training infrastructure to Kubernetes deployments.
- Enhance the developer experience for the data science team.
- Improve our observability tooling.
- Lead and mentor the data science team.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience with Terraform, EKS, and MLOps.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- System-oriented mindset.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced Series B startup environment.
Additional Skills (Beneficial but not mandatory):
- Experience with adtech or CTV.
- Programming experience with Python, Scala, or Zig.
- Experience managing systems across multiple clouds.
- Teaching experience (plus).
