Full-Time Lead Product Manager, Machine Learning

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Product Manager, Machine Learning to lead our ML-focused product initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product roadmap for machine learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of ML product development.
• Define success metrics for ML-driven features.
• Drive innovation in areas such as personalization, recommendation systems, and predictive modeling.
• Stay informed about emerging ML technologies.
• Advocate for best practices in machine learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Product Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focusing on machine learning.
• Proven ability to deliver ML-powered products.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with healthcare or regulated industries is desirable.
• Passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare.
