Full-Time Lead Product Manager, Machine Learning

Hims & Hers, the leading health and wellness platform, seeks a highly motivated Lead Product Manager, Machine Learning to drive ML-focused product initiatives. This role will define and deliver the strategic product roadmap for machine learning solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product roadmap for machine learning initiatives, aligning with company goals.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of ML product development.
• Define success metrics for ML-driven features.
• Drive innovation in personalization, recommendation systems, and predictive modeling.
• Stay informed about emerging ML technologies.
• Advocate for best practices in ML product management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, 3+ focused on machine learning.
• Proven ability to deliver ML-powered products.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (preferred).
• Familiarity with healthcare or telehealth (desirable).
