Full-Time Lead Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Pega CDH implementation projects, ensuring they meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Define and document project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation frameworks.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Drive project governance and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure successful integration of Pega CDH solutions with existing systems.
• Facilitate routine scrum ceremonies and stakeholder communication.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Promote CDH solution and delivery best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in project management
• 3+ years managing Pega implementations (Pega CDH experience required)
• Strong understanding of Pega CDH architecture, features, and capabilities (Omni Channel Personalization, AI, Analytics, Next-Best-Actions, Real-Time Decisioning)
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-functional teams
• Experience with Agile & Scrum delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira or similar)
• PMP Certification preferred
• Ability to travel domestically
