Full-Time Lead Project Manager

This role leads and manages initiatives for new process and standardization delivery to internal customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing projects impacting Field Operations Teams (scheduling meetings, setting goals, timelines, gaining stakeholder buy-in).
• Creating impactful presentations communicating complex business concepts.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (technical resources & client stakeholders).
• Translating business needs into engaging narratives.
• Managing key timelines and communication with various teams.
• Connecting with diverse stakeholders and managing multiple initiatives.
• Gathering and analyzing data for project approvals, tracking improvements, and trend identification.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Implementing best practices and methodologies.
• Providing support to the team (meeting notes, action documentation).
• Streamlining operations and maintaining team focus on goals.
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders (clients, teams, leadership).
• Communicating project status and progress to all stakeholders.
• Managing expectations and ensuring alignment with project goals.

What It Takes:

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills to translate business needs into engaging processes.
• Strong organizational skills to manage timelines and communication.
• Analytical skills (Excel & other data analysis tools).
• Telecom/Cable/Internet Service Provider industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Corporate setting experience in a similar role (preferred).
• Liaison with business stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintaining organizational best practices, PowerPoint/Google Slides/Adobe/Infographic skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Bonus Points:

• Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Advanced analytical skills (Power BI, SQL, Big Query).
