Full-Time Lead Science & Grants Writer

This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring clear and accurate communication with stakeholders and assists in preparing funding proposals for groundbreaking research in personalized medicine and drug discovery.

Responsibilities:

• Write and edit high-quality, persuasive grant proposals for various funding agencies (national/international).
• Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, finance) for accurate and compliant proposals.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant funding sources and track submission deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to all grant application guidelines and compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in grant and proposal writing, especially in healthcare/technology sectors.
• Strong research skills for identifying grant opportunities and funding agencies.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for crafting compelling proposals.
• Knowledge of funding sources, particularly EU/Horizon Europe.
• Sector knowledge of healthcare, medical, and technology fields.
• Collaboration and attention to detail.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant fields (PhD is a plus).
• 3+ years experience in grant writing, especially in healthtech/innovation sectors.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Horizon Europe and other international frameworks is desirable.
