Full-Time Lead Science & Grants Writer

This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, assisting in funding proposals to drive groundbreaking research in personalized medicine and drug discovery. As a Technical Writer/Grants, you'll craft compelling grant proposals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and secure grants from prestigious funding bodies.

Responsibilities:

1. Write and edit high-quality, persuasive grant proposals.
2. Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, finance) for accuracy and compliance.
3. Maintain knowledge of relevant funding sources and track deadlines.
4. Ensure adherence to grant application guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in grant and proposal writing, especially in healthcare or deep tech.
• Strong research skills to identify funding opportunities.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for compelling proposals.
• Knowledge of funding sources, particularly EU and Horizon Europe.
• Understanding of healthcare and technology relevant to iLoF's mission.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in related field (PhD a plus).
• 3+ years of grant writing experience (industry experience a plus).
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with Horizon Europe.
