ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
- Providing leadership, support and coaching to the Deployment Solutions Project Management team.
- Conducting Project Manager performance reviews and coach to any performance issues.
- Managing departmental workload and project assignments.
- Act as operational liaison while developing and maintaining relationships with clients, internal team members and vendors.
- Ensuring contracted operational support meets the needs of the business and the client.
- Collaborating with appropriate internal business units, departments and applicable external vendors to accomplish project essential tasks and deliverables.
- Assisting Project Management team with creating and managing project timelines.
- Identifying areas to develop processes or create efficiencies.
- Handling operational questions from the Project Management team, other internal team members and external clients.
- Researching and determining best business practices.
- Expert knowledge of administrative and technical operational support.
- Expertise of and adherence to all processes, tools, and technology.
- Hiring, training, and assigning project responsibilities to newly on-boarded Project Managers.
- Providing guidance to Project Managers for career growth and overall skills development.
- Demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- All other duties as assigned.
PEOPLE LEADER:
- Responsible for and oversee their respective department.
- Interview, select and supervise department staff.
- Communicate, interpret, and discuss company policies and procedures with team.
- Determine job objectives, work methods and performance standards.
- Review performance relative to departmental objectives and discuss appraisal with each employee.
- Authorize and communicate salary changes, promotions, transfers, discipline, and discharge.
- Administer all other personnel actions.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated with a proactive, action-oriented work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Strong aptitude for technology
- Fundamental understanding of project management principles
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience managing or supporting outsourced service providers
- Background in operations management, account management, or project management
- Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, reporting and analytics systems
- Familiarity with supporting technologies
