Responsibilities:

• Lead design and implementation of complex software features.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership.
• Collaborate with Product Management, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Implement best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Lead code reviews and ensure high code quality.
• Contribute to product roadmap development.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in a programming language (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git).
• Experience with DevOps practices, infrastructure as code, and monitoring tools.
• Expertise in software security.
• Experience with distributed systems (optional).
• English proficiency (B2+ or higher).
