Full-Time Lead Software Engineer (React + Node.js)

Operating under the principle of exclusivity, its mission is to provide games responsibly, mitigate gambling-related risks, and ensure player protection while preventing fraud.The company offers a wide range of games divided into three main categories: Lucky Games, Casino Games, and Betting Games. It emphasizes operating responsibly and contributing to a safe and secure gaming environment.

Position – how you’ll contributeLead the development and implementation of software solutions using Node.js, Express, TypeScript, and React.Assist in coordination and prioritization to ensure the team is working on the highest-value goals.Mentor, motivate, and highlight performance issues, development, and standards of our engineers.Support team ceremonies. Build strong working relationships with peers, and keep a sustainable pace of delivery.Hands-on coding: Develop and maintain a high-quality code base, consistently delivering challenging, stable, and maintainable projects on schedule.

Expectations – the experience you need5+ years of progressive experience in full-stack software development, with expertise in Node.js and React;Prior experience in a leadership role within a development team, with responsibility for guiding and directing the work of other developers.Ownership of applications end-to-end, from specification to coding to deploying, running, and monitoring in production.Ability to align technical decisions with broader business goals and objectives.Ability to make informed decisions quickly, considering technical constraints, project requirements, and business priorities.Strong interpersonal skills for effectively managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead the adoption of new technologies and best practices within the organization.
