Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager / Practice Leader to join and help shape our Transformation & Change consulting team.
You will play a dual role: grow the practice through business development and thought leadership, and leading major client engagements in governance, change management, and agile transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to business development efforts through client relationship management, proposal development, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Lead the delivery of complex transformation programs with a strong focus on governance, agile execution, and organizational change management.
- Advise senior stakeholders on program plans, change strategies, agile operating models and transformation roadmaps.
- Oversee governance structures, change portfolios, and agile frameworks to ensure sustainable value delivery.
- Collaborate with internal leadership to develop intellectual capital, service offerings, and market positioning.
- Coach and mentor consultants to build internal capability and foster a high-performing, entrepreneurial team culture.
- Member of the Belgian Consulting core team
Qualifications
- 10+ years of consulting or relevant experience in digital transformations, organizational change, or governance roles.
- Proven track record in leading end-to-end transformation programs, ideally in the Energy & Utilities or Industrial sectors and with link to ERP/CRM implementations (SAP, MS Dynamics, Salesforce)
- Strong knowledge of transformation governance, agile portfolio management, and change enablement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and co-create new opportunities.
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
