Seeking an outcomes-focused and passionate Learning & Organisational Development Advisor for enhancing learning & development offering. Focus on best-in-class new starter onboarding.
Reporting to: Senior Learning & Organisational Development Business Partner, Personal Injury Division.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted induction programs (Rehab & Health brands).
- Understand leader learning needs, support initiative prioritization.
- Facilitate/deliver virtual & in-person learning content/events (ROI focus).
- Support new frontline leaders' leadership development.
- Assist Rehab & Health brands in implementing learning programs & pathways (LMS).
- Build strong relationships within Personal Injury Division & MedHealth group.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Excellent project management skills (quality outcomes).
- High attention to detail and persistence.
- Strong organisational skills (managing competing priorities).
- Proactive approach, willingness to share ideas.
- LMS administration experience.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Evaluate learning programs & adjust strategies (data-driven).
- Comfortable with change & dynamic environments.
- Constructive & respectful engagement with diverse individuals.
Additional Requirements:
- Relevant experience in learning & organisational development.
- Degree/qualification in HR, L&D, or Training & Assessment (preferred).
