Licensing Softlines Specialist (contract)
This is a 6 month contract opportunity. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Licensing Softlines Specialist (Contractor) to support the SIE Licensed Merchandise team by managing licensees and execution of deals. This contract role will run from July 2025 to March 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal Facilitation: Facilitate incoming deal proposals through to execution.
• Partner Management: Manage relationships with licensee partners.
• Line Planning: Develop line plans aligned to licensing strategy.
• Latin America Support: Support incoming deals in the region.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with legal and other key stakeholders.
• Sales Material Development: Develop and update sales materials.
• Forecast & Royalty Reporting: Collaborate on forecasting and reporting.
• Licensing Partnership Executive Overview: Highlight licensing activity.
• Additional Support/Ad Hoc Projects: Provide support on additional tasks.

What We Need from You:

• Experience: 6+ years in licensing partnerships.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field (preferred)
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of pop-culture, entertainment, and trends.
