We are seeking a highly motivated LMS Administrator with strong technical and problem-solving skills.
This part-time (20 hours per week) contract role is funded until the end of the year.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Management: Administer and maintain LMS user accounts, roles, and permissions.
- System Integrations: Manage, troubleshoot, and support integrations between the LMS and other enterprise systems.
- Course Management: Assist in the import, configuration, testing, and scheduling of learning content and courses.
- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to users.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate and distribute reports.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate on process enhancements.
- Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in LMS administration, preferably with Docebo.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with system integrations, data imports/exports, and basic configuration.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Innovation & Efficiency: Demonstrated ability to find innovative solutions.
Collaboration: Ability to work across teams.
