Part-Time Logistics Officer

• Provide logistical support to the ICS team using Salesforce.
• Manage appointments and organise bookings.
• Update and maintain participant data.
• Communicate with stakeholders to maintain efficient rostering practices and budget utilisation.
• Communicate with families regarding service agreements and other participants information.
• Supporting billing practices.
• Provide training to staff on rostering with Salesforce when required.

Requirements:

• Experience providing administrative support within a team.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Great organisational Skills.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage database records and office systems.
• Ability to establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Knowledge of the disability sector (preferred).
• Working With Children Check WWCC.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
• International Police Check (IPC) if relevant.
