Logistics Support Coordinator (Contract)
We’re looking for a contractual Logistics Support Coordinator to manage inbound shipments and warehouse documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares packing lists and inbound documentation for timely uploads and distribution.
- Monitors, tracks, and inputs data into logistics systems for accurate inbound operations.
- Assists in monitoring container arrivals, sends follow-ups, and ensures prompt entry into the system.
- Tracks inbound shipment performance metrics for budget compliance.
- Supports Operations, collaborates with vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain support, including working with 3PLs.
- Familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to work a graveyard shift (night shift) as needed.
- Location: Balsam International Unlimited Philippine ROHQ in Manila, remote position. Team members located in Metro Manila, Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Rizal, and Tarlac areas only.
- Must Haves: No planned trips or long vacations between August 2025 and January 2026, especially during holidays. No other work/employment commitments. Dedicated, functional laptop/desktop meeting specified requirements.
- Fast, reliable internet connection (50Mbps minimum). Contingency plans for power outages/disruptions.
- Willingness to work on flexible schedules; shift adjustment requests not accommodated.
- Online assessment as part of the recruitment process.
Additional Information:
- Contractual, home-based position requiring 8 hours daily, 5 days weekly.
- No benefits.
- Paid overtime may be required.
- Contract from August 2025 to December 2025 (may be shortened or extended).
- Company-issued laptop not provided.
