The Finance & Operations M&A Integration Specialist provides technical and operational subject matter expertise to support the successful integration of newly acquired teams. This role leverages their deep understanding of financial and operational processes, policies and systems.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand financial and operational processes.
- Obtain administrative access to conduct a system-to-system gap assessment.
- Serve as the primary liaison between newly acquired teams and internal operations functions during post-acquisition integration.
- Participate in immersive onboarding with billing, finance, and project setup teams.
- Serve as support contact for all production issues related to financial and operational systems, ensuring quick resolution with minimal business disruption.
- Monitor adoption of finance modules and tools, flagging risk areas and training needs.
