Full-Time M&A Integration Project Manager - Remote

We are looking for an M&A Integration Project Manager to lead the seamless integration of acquired companies into our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the acquiring department and M&A Integration team to transform comprehensive templates into tailored, investment-specific project plans.
• Lead integration efforts to ensure seamless understanding of goals.
• Lead "week one" communications and collaboration.
• Identify and escalate roadblocks.
• Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and progress.
• Be a bridge between the M&A Integration team and the acquired business.
• Strengthen internal networks to mobilize support M&A integration activities.
• Uphold regulatory obligations, ensuring implementation of company policies
• Design governance frameworks that control the integration and mitigate risk.
• Prepare executive-level updates.
• Champion creation and management of critical artifacts.
• Lead retrospectives to identify opportunities for enhancing M&A Integration practices

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• 5+ years of experience in project management, including 2–3 years leading M&A integrations with measurable success.
• Experience leading complex projects
• Understanding of operations and their interdependencies during M&A activities.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
• Ability to travel to support integration activities.
