We are seeking a Senior Project Manager experienced in managing complex Merger and Acquisition Integration projects. Following an acquisition, there is a need for a Senior Project Manager - M&A IT Integration to manage the SAP and Associated Systems project.
We seek Senior Project Managers with 15+ years of SAP PM experience (FICO and Logistics) to lead and manage this complex M&A IT Integration project, focused on SAP and Associated Systems, within the pharmaceutical industry.
In this critical role, you will:
- Lead and manage the M&A IT integration project, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, meeting deadlines and budget.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
- Provide visionary leadership to cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate regular project reviews with stakeholders, providing insights, status updates, and risk assessments.
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and manage project risks and issues.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation (charters, roadmaps, status reports, RAID logs, evaluations).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential skills and experience:
- 15+ years SAP PM experience (FICO and Logistics)
- M&A IT Integration experience in Life Sciences
- Experience with GMP, Project Management, and Validation Deliverables
- Ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams and technical dependencies
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects in the pharmaceutical industry
- Deep understanding of IT integration components and strategic technology decisions
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
- PMP certification preferred
- SAP certification in FICO and Logistics or relevant experience
- Education in business, IT, or related fields
