The Advanced Technology Group (ATG) at ServiceNow builds intelligent software and smart user experiences using advanced technologies to enable industry-leading work experiences for customers. They build and evolve the AI platform, partner with teams to build AI-powered work experiences, and research new AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build AI and Machine Learning solutions to improve user experience and workflow efficiency.
- Develop cloud-based AI/ML solutions for enterprise services.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and quality engineers.
- Understand product requirements and own the code from design to delivery.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in Java or Python, OOP, Design Patterns, and time/space-efficient algorithms.
- Experience building products with challenging algorithms.
- Expertise in coding efficient, object-oriented, modularized, and quality software.
- Knowledge of core AI/ML techniques and algorithms, unit testing, profiling, and code tuning.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Machine Learning preferred.
