What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong software development background, with emphasis on Python.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence roles.
- Demonstrable involvement in at least 2-3 successful ML projects, from conception to production deployment.
- Advanced proficiency in ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and XGBoost.
- Hands-on experience in Computer Vision, preferably with implemented projects.
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Ability to extract and process data from cloud environments, using tools like pandas and pySpark.
- Experience in deploying ML models to production.
- Deep knowledge of at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP), with the ability to adapt to others.
- Familiarity with SQL and databases.
- Experience in consulting or direct client work on AI projects.
- Capability to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end ML workflows.
- Knowledge of Deep Learning and generative AI techniques.
- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Advanced English level
