About the Attribute Enrichment teamThe Attribute Enrichment team plays a central role in implementing ML models to enrich product attributes, improving customer experience and key performance metrics. The team consists of ML engineers owning & collaborating on multiple ML projects. You will use world-class analytical, engineering, and machine learning techniques on big data to shape the evolution and scale our ML algorithms.
Challenges
- Build and deploy robust ML systems of attribute enrichment.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical partners to develop analytical dashboards.
- Improve business KPIs by validating hypotheses with new ML approaches.
About youYou are excited about building performant ML systems running and updating daily. Proficient in NLP (especially transformer-based approaches), with practical experience in modern architectures. Experience with Computer Vision is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Python
- Proficient in at least one ML/DL framework
- Proficient in SQL
- Familiar with big data stack (Spark, Presto/Athena & Hive)
Experience
- 2+ years of professional experience in applied machine learning
- Delivered production ML systems and conducted A/B tests
- Experience leading strategic ML product initiatives from ideation to production
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of classical machine learning (ranking & classification)
- Experience with deep learning, neural networks, and representation learning
- Skills designing, conducting, and analyzing A/B tests
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and their trade-offs
- Proven track record of software architecture & design skills
- Experience with a public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
