Full-Time Machine Learning Engineer (MLE)

We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer for cutting-edge solutions in GenAI, vector search, embeddings, and semantic similarity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI/GenAI models using Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow, Pandas, scikit-learn).
• Implement advanced vector-based search algorithms (FAISS, Milvus, Weaviate, Pinecone).
• Solve real-world problems using ML fundamentals (deep learning, optimization, NLP, LLMs, RAG).
• Collaborate with data scientists to gather requirements, analyze data, and build ML pipelines.
• Conduct experiments, evaluate models for robustness, scalability, and accuracy.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI/GenAI models for performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development, focused on NLP and vector search.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• In-depth knowledge of ML fundamentals, deep learning, optimization, generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and RAG.
• Understanding of NLP, embeddings, and transformer-based models (BERT, RoBERTa, GPT).
• Proficiency in tools like FAISS, Milvus, Pinecone.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (Azure).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
