Full-Time Machine Learning Engineer (MLE)

We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer focused on cutting-edge solutions in GenAI, vector search, embeddings, and semantic similarity.

You will design, develop, and optimize intelligent search systems leveraging state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI/GenAI models and algorithms using Python, PyTorch/Tensorflow, Pandas, scikit-learn, and similar libraries.
• Implement advanced vector-based search algorithms (FAISS, Milvus, Weaviate, Pinecone) for high-performance retrieval systems.
• Utilize ML fundamentals (deep learning, optimization, NLP, LLMs, RAG) to solve real-world problems.
• Work with data scientists and engineers to gather requirements, analyze data, and build end-to-end ML pipelines.
• Conduct experiments and evaluate models to ensure robustness, scalability, and accuracy.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI/GenAI models for performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development, focusing on NLP and vector search.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of ML fundamentals, deep learning, optimization, generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and RAG.
• Understanding of natural language processing, embeddings, and transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, RoBERTa, GPT).
• Proficiency in tools like FAISS, Milvus, Pinecone, or other ANN libraries.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
