About the Role: As a Machine Learning Scientist within our R&D organization, you will design, experiment, and deploy data science solutions integrated into Ada's product. You'll collaborate with Product Designers, Engineers, and other ML Scientists to create impactful experiences for millions of customers.
Responsibilities:
- Executing the machine-learning product roadmap by implementing new features.
- Identifying areas for innovation within our product.
- Increasing the business value Ada brings to customers through innovative research projects.
- Developing product features involving machine learning.
- Writing data pipelines, models, and experiments.
- Contributing to improving the team's data science and ML engineering practices.
About You:
- Proven experience with Generative AI (2-5 years).
- Master's or PhD in Machine Learning or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in Applied ML Science, including optimization and R&D for AI-first systems.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning principles.
- Experience with NLP problems (preferred, but not required).
- Experience in designing and tracking efficient data science experiments.
- Proficient in robust software and data engineering practices.
