Job Details
The Regional Maintenance Manager oversees maintenance operations across a portfolio of multifamily housing communities. This role ensures physical asset preservation, team performance, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the strategic maintenance vision. Key responsibilities include:
- Property Maintenance Leadership: Oversee maintenance for multiple properties, perform site audits, and enforce regulatory compliance.
- Team Supervision & Training: Supervise, develop, and support on-site Lead Maintenance Technicians, deliver training, and lead performance evaluations.
- Executive Reporting & Data Analytics: Track and analyze KPIs using Yardi, Excel, and CMMS dashboards, and provide reports to leadership.
- Vendor Oversight & Compliance: Coordinate and manage external vendors, inspect work quality, and ensure compliance with building codes.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of multifamily maintenance experience; 2+ years in a supervisory or training capacity
- Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, boilers/chillers, and grounds systems
- Strong understanding of housing codes, safety regulations, REAC, Fair Housing, and OSHA standards
- Advanced user of Yardi Maintenance, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 65% regionally
- EPA Universal Certification (Required), OSHA 30-Hour Certification (Required), CAMT or equivalent (Required)
