Full-Time Manager, Campus & Influencer Marketing

• Oversee post-sale community campaign strategy and execution.
• Strategize, review and approve campaign briefs, materials and guidelines for influencers.
• Oversee the creation, execution, and vetting of influencer applications.
• Serve as a main point of contact for influencers who participate in campaigns.
• Set and manage community compensation budgets.
• Create and review community campaign agreements.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally on influencer marketing initiatives.
• Support Community Leadership during the proposal phase of community marketing campaigns.
• Support Community Leadership in developing, managing, and nurturing relationships with talent agencies and strategic partners.
• Report and leverage data and analytics to optimize processes.
• Help strategize and implement community programming.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of campaign management/influencer marketing experience
• Demonstrated strong interest and knowledge in community-building and influencer marketing
• Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills
• Rigorous attention to detail
• Superior organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in social media, particularly TikTok and Instagram, as well as Asana, Canva, Mailchimp, and Google Drive a plus
