Full-Time Manager, Corporate Quality

Ro is a direct-to-patient healthcare company helping patients achieve health goals with convenient care, spanning diagnosis to medication delivery and ongoing support.

As a Manager, Corporate Quality (Post-Market, External Partnerships and Testing), you will be a key member of the Corporate Quality team, overseeing quality assurance throughout the product lifecycle, from technical transfer to market launch and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Quality Assurance for on-market products, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Maintain Good Documentation Practices (GDP), including product specifications and audit documentation.
• Manage Third-Party Testing, coordinating activities, and ensuring record retention.
• Support Product, Process, and Material Validations/Qualifications.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct Vendor Audits to ensure partner compliance.
• Support the Internal Audit Team.
• Support Product Improvement Initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with other teams to maintain quality standards.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a science focus (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, etc.).
• Illinois / Florida Pharmacist / Pharmacy Technician Licensure (preferred).
• 5+ years in post-market surveillance and vendor management.
• Background in pharmaceutical or compounding pharmacy, with knowledge of industry regulations (FDA 503A/B Compounding, FDA 21 CFR 210/211/820, CAP/CLIA).
• Vendor and Third-Party Audit experience (a plus).
• Ability to travel up to 40% of time.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
