As a Consulting Manager, you'll develop business strategies, manage client delivery, and create innovative consulting solutions. Leverage advanced technology to solve business problems while mentoring your team.
Delivery Responsibilities:
- Manage client engagement for complex projects.
- Develop business/technical strategies, business cases, and implementation plans.
- Lead client interviews and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
- Document current and future business processes with clients.
- Manage technical project work (e.g., solution concepts, vendor design review, requirements traceability).
- Support business requirements definition and RFP development.
- Support proposal evaluation, vendor selection, SOW development, and contract negotiation.
- Develop project plans, milestones, and project control structures.
- Transfer knowledge and skills to enhance team members’ expertise.
Business Development Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in business development.
- Support proposals and business development for utility clients.
Team Profile: The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team uses design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve client challenges. You'll collaborate with architects, managers, and engineers to develop innovative solutions.
Experience Requirements:
- 5-10 years of consulting experience, proven technical project management experience.
- Strong Microsoft Copilot Studio expertise.
- Experience in establishing Centers of Excellence (CoE), including defining best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Experience managing relationships in large client organizations.
- Experience implementing enterprise-wide solutions (business and technical focus).
- Strong influencing, persuading, and negotiating skills.
- Passion for mentoring and developing consultants.
Education and Other Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to travel based on client demands
- Ability to work in CST or EST time zones
- Experience working in the utilities industry is preferred
Compensation: Competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $155,770 - $178,900. Final salary dependent on experience, skills, and location. Performance-based bonuses and incentives may be available.
