Full-Time Manager, Engagement

The Engagement Manager is responsible for:

• Supporting the Associate Principal’s and Principal’s in coordinating efforts between customers, operations, medical and analytics teams
• Enhancing existing services business operations to generate new lines of business through custom data deliverables, consulting practices and new product development.

Leadership of commercial analytics engagement teams and client relationships

Plan, organize and lead engagement teams to develop logical and insightful analyses, innovative and effective recommendations. Working closely with the Offshore team, deliver well-structured, high-quality deliverables on a timely manner to realize high levels of client satisfaction.

Take an active role in building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities with clients.

Lead development of proposals for new projects / commercial opportunities in partnership with Principals and/or Senior Principals

Hire, coach, and develop staff members.

Play an active role in data & analytics practice development and develop practice level intellectual capital.

Take responsibility in development and management of external relationships (e.g., client, vendors, external experts)

Recruit new team members; manage and coach junior team members and serve as a subject matter expert and thought partner to colleagues.

Develop broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through on-the-job exposure and formal training.

Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
