Full-Time Manager Expertise Métier H/F

Integrated into the Métier and Communities team, in connection with the Director of this department, you leverage your expertise in the notary profession to ensure a good translation of business needs and animate target communities. You join a R&D department composed of 120 distinguished people in 4 related and Agile Poles: Technical, Product, QA and Métier. You ensure a close link between services, in a manager role that will federate around the Business strategy.

Key responsibilities:

1. Managerial Role:
   • Motivate and unite employees around business strategy
   • Recruit, support and develop the team
   • Orchestrate and organize the team: efficiently allocate tasks to achieve and refine the set strategy
2. Gather, analyze and document business needs:
   • Conduct business diagnosis with risk analysis
   • Map existing processes and identify problems to clarify business needs
3. Support Product Owners:
   • Propose ideas during design phases, providing clarification of needs
   • Specify the use of functionalities to refine the user journey
4. Manage and animate a user community:
   • Choose the tool and create a platform, define exchange rules and manage content adapted to the target audience (personae/segmentation)
   • Participate in the development of new needs with the user community: organize workshops, assist in backlog prioritization
5. Manage the application scope (maintenance, incidents, solutions) and respond to functional assistance requests by conducting a complete business diagnosis.
6. Participate in regulatory projects by maintaining a prioritized roadmap and assisting in ADSN meetings.
