Procore is seeking a Manager of Project Management, Public Sector to own, drive, scale, and inspire a team of talented individuals focused on leading professional services delivery projects for our Public Sector customers.
This role will focus on evolving current implementation processes to scale at hyper-growth speeds and deliver on Professional Services commitments while leading a team by Procore’s values.
As a Manager of Project Management, Public Sector you’ll partner with Sales, Technical Services, and Public Sector clients to oversee project execution, ensure Statement of Work compliance, and refine operational metrics.
Use your project management expertise, leadership skills, and customer-centric mindset to enhance service delivery, create efficiencies, and elevate the client experience.
What you'll do:
- Own the overall success of a team of project managers overseeing medium to large business accounts.
- Provide oversight on active projects to ensure proper management of Statements of Work and delivery of commitments.
- Attain mastery over Procore services engagements, creating efficiencies in processes and procedures.
- Track and measure KPIs, project milestones, and advocate for Procore clients.
- Grow the effectiveness of the project management team by refining operational metrics, and providing status updates.
- Develop employees, retain talent, and define career paths.
- Collaborate with Sales, driving services scoping and discussions during the sales process.
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years of customer success and service experience supporting SaaS platforms.
- 4+ years of experience directly leading high-performing teams.
- Proven experience creating and delivering complex Statements of Work.
- Experience delivering services to Enterprise-level Public Sector clients.
- Proven experience navigating the RFP process.

- Base pay range: $104,380 - $143,522 plus commission
- This role is eligible for Equity Compensation
