Full-Time Manager, Partner Development

SmartBrief, a division of Future Plc, is seeking a Manager, Partner Development to manage a portfolio of key association and corporate partners.

The Manager will oversee all aspects of partner relationships, from onboarding to renewal negotiations, acting as the primary point of contact for associations to ensure exceptional service, strategic growth, and successful renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic collaboration with various internal departments to anticipate partner needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Independent problem-solving and relationship building with key contacts at partner organizations.
• Experience in digital/email marketing and audience growth strategies.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Close collaboration with the Director and Senior Director of Partner Development to identify growth opportunities for partners and internal teams.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant client service experience.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions.
• Background in trade associations, digital marketing, agencies, or media companies preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influence skills at all levels, including executive stakeholders.
• Project management experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Asana, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $65,000 - $80,000
