As a Manager, PMO you will report to Experian Health. You will be responsible for a select subset of Project Managers, managing their success, project portfolio, prompt delivery, execution, and quality.
Beyond daily team management, you will contribute to broader team growth, defining, prioritizing, developing, and improving processes within the project life cycle and client delivery model.
Responsibilities Include:
- Plan, staff, review, and organize project assignments.
- Provide leadership, coaching, guidance, training, and staff development, and manage performance.
- Help manage departmental fiscal and operational goals and objectives.
- Participate with senior management in developing innovative delivery models and operational goals.
- Remain aware of internal company environment, competitive environment, market trends and developments, and provide input to senior management.
- Collaborate with management to develop schedules and procedures for accurate project completion.
- Direct project management staff in developing, monitoring, updating, and executing plans for client delivery projects.
- Research and recommend tools and approaches to facilitate growth in project management.
- Promote project governance and act as an escalation point for project sponsorship.
Experience Requirements:
- 4-7+ years healthcare revenue cycle within project management
- 3-5+ years managing a team
Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree and HFMA CRCR preferred
