Full-Time Manager, Process Operations

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented, & operationally savvy Process Operations Manager to join the team. This person will report to the Director of Process Operations and will manage team members across the organization to help with various product marketing & operational support as required.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide guidance including creating process documentation, answer questions, etc to team members who will serve as project management support for a variety of brand campaigns & projects
• Manage the day to day of team members monitoring work load & assigning projects and accounts
• Manage a team of individuals who will perform operational needs with a focus on ensuring brand campaign setup & fulfillment requirements are met. This includes daily tasks like; branner setup across various systems, campaign updates campaign performance monitoring, forecasting, & optimizations, etc.
• Work closely with various internal teams to identify, troubleshoot and resolve brand campaign issues & identify recommendations for process improvements
• Create & maintain best practices and create documentation and checklists to share across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel & PPT
• 3-5 years experience managing brand campaigns, people & workload monitoring
• Ability to multi-task and excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage many simultaneous tasks and priorities with great efficiency
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and be self-motivated
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Google Ad Manager, AdDaptive, Xandr, Airtory, Zendesk, etc.
