NBCUniversal’s Enterprise Product team seeks a Manager, Product to lead a team of remote and hybrid Product Owners and Specialists focused on building cross-functional products within the Marketing Supply Chain and Fulfillment space.
This role drives key platform projects from initial intake to successful execution, aligning with the enterprise objective of a unified architecture. Close collaboration with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and Business Engagement teams is essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing project requests, defining solutions aligned with the target architecture.
- Tracking platform program risks, driving mitigations and reporting to leadership.
- Evaluating existing workflows, developing recommendations for consolidation and modernization.
- Defining, rolling out, and enforcing best practices in requirements capture, story management, and end-to-end testing.
- Evolving platform intake, engagement, prioritization, and communication strategies.
- Creating a metrics-driven environment, establishing and driving product success measurement standards.
- Aligning resources to support new product deliverables and burndowns.
- Mentoring Product Owners and Specialists.
Basic Requirements:
- 5+ years product management experience
- 3+ years people management experience
- Experience with traditional linear and digital scheduling/distribution supply chains
- Experience in Television, Entertainment, or Streaming
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field (e.g., IT, CS, Engineering, Product Management)
- Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Jira Align, Confluence)

- Proven success in defining and launching viable products
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in balancing short-term progress with long-term thinking
- Strategic thinking to connect business requests to technology solutions
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-team dependencies
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo)
Additional Requirements:
- Fully Remote position
- Eligible for company-sponsored benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid leave, tuition reimbursement)
- Salary range: $110,000 - $150,000 (bonus eligible)
