Full-Time Manager, SAP S4 Business Process Lead - AP

Role Purpose: The Manager, SAP S4 Business Process Lead - AP is critical for NBCUniversal's SAP S/4 HANA implementation, "Project Keystone". Works with global NBCU Finance & Technology. Plays an active role in finance digital transformation from design to deployment. Ensures inclusive design decisions, effective change management, and substantial transformation. Supports the Accounts Payable (AP) workstream, aligning on functional requirements and ensuring business critical inputs in system design. Aligns SAP S/4 Core ledger development with ancillary AP systems integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Provides tactical support based on SME expertise with SAP S/4 functionality, data design, & migration for AP processes.
• Interfaces with horizontal workstreams (data, IT, Risk & Controls), S/4 leadership team, and System Integrators to capture & analyze business processes, workflows, policies, master data elements, and functionality related to ECC. Translates AP needs into SAP S/4 solutions.
• Translates finance functional requirements to technical teams for development.
• Participates in fit-to-standard workshops, drives solutioning for gaps, and shares/drives fit-to-standard mission within AP business processes.
• Builds stakeholder consensus, ensuring agreement & understanding of proposed solutions.
• Acts as a change agent for the SAP S/4 transformation.
• Evaluates third-party AP solutions as alternatives to custom development where SAP recommends.
• Identifies master & transactional data required to support future AP business processes & reporting.
• Represents/manages team supporting AP workstream as a cohesive unit.
• Other duties/projects as assigned.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; Finance/Information Systems preferred.
• Minimum 5 years relevant media industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience with Accounts Payable.
• Demonstrated understanding of SAP business processes (e.g., FICO, Cash App, Billings).
• Strong understanding of Agile project management & on-time delivery record.
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Experience in organizational change management.
• Solution-driven & results-oriented.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Ability to represent NBCU with third-party implementors collaboratively.
• Distinctive working knowledge of finance & data processes.

Desired Characteristics:

• Professional work experience in an SAP ecosystem preferred.

Additional Information:

• Fully remote position; expected to contribute from a non-NBCUniversal worksite.

• Salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 (bonus eligible).
