This opportunity is part of the DevOps COE in CPP Delivery office, where our mission is to help product engineering teams deliver faster with improved quality and reliability.
We work cross-functional with global product and market teams to define and execute automation test strategies, improve build and deploy pipelines to standard tools/templates, and find opportunities to proactively maintain product SLAs.
This is a strategy and transformation-focused role. As a Senior Manager Tech Lead, you will partner with test automation teams, product engineering groups, and 3rd-party vendors to develop and drive CI/CD tool adoption/standardization and environment improvements.
- Design and drive monitoring, alerting, and ticket reporting strategies to measure SLA, SLO, MTTI, MTTR and align with management expectations to reduce/minimize prod downtime.
- Guide site reliability automation to eliminate manual toil and create a self-healing capability.
- Participate in selecting appropriate automation tools, defining technology, quality, experience and implementation standards and practices.
- Design, implement, test, deploy and maintain innovative software solutions to improve service performance, adaptability, cost, and security.

Salary range: $129,800 - $165,490 per year (dependent on experience).
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Technology or related field.
- 5+ years software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years as a SRE or similar position.
- Experience with SRE design to address reliability and resiliency, and availability.
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Mobile development experience (iOS and Android).
- Solid DevOps experience (CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or similar; Git/GitHub).
- High availability and scalability design, performance monitoring/testing expertise.
- Production environment, firewall, and networking experience.
- Experience deploying, observing, altering, logging, and monitoring systems (New Relic, DataDog).
- Experience with predictive analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
