About the Role
As a Manager, Software Development, you lead a team to deliver exceptional value. You align team goals with the department vision, fostering collaboration and timely delivery. You'll oversee design, development, maintenance, operational excellence, and software delivery, nurturing a culture of innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Drive technical standards (performance, scalability, security).
- Guide long-term technical vision, enforce best practices, and adopt emerging technologies (like AI).
- Foster innovation, enhance productivity, and improve customer experience using AI.
- Oversee the end-to-end software lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, operate).
- Mentor and manage developers.
- Collaborate with Product and Design on roadmaps.
- Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Manage delivery timelines, capacity, and prioritize effectively.
- Make confident decisions and take ownership of results to drive innovation.
Team Focus:
Your team will focus on delivering key features for the Officevibe product, collaborating closely with product and technology teams.

- Experience managing product technical debt.
- Knowledge and expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous software development experience.
