Full-Time Manager, Software Engineering

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• A minimum of 12 years of experience with application development, system architecture and production support for highly complex enterprise level products
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience managing multi-cultural and diverse engineering teams across multiple locations
• Fluency in one or more relevant programming languages (Java, C++, Ruby. Shell, JavaScript)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the capability to listen and influence
• Excellent interpersonal skills, proven track record of building strong relationships and establishing credibility at all levels of the organization
• Ability to understand the business case for each deliverable undertaken and works with product owners to help ensure benefits are realized
• Experience in ServiceNow or related technologies is preferable
• Experience in Partner Relationship Management / Customer Relationship Management domain is desirable
• Experience with developing and embedding Generative AI based services and capabilities is a plus
• Experience with open-source tools and agile development environments
• Ability to understand and implement best practices and coding standards required including programming languages, tools, design and development methodologies and processes, etc.)
• Can do' attitude and sense of ownership to thrive in a fast-paced environment
