Full-Time Manager, Software Engineering Management - Fullstack

• Build high-impact cloud software for businesses.
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions.

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• At least 6 -10 years of experience in application development, system architecture, and production support for enterprise-level solutions.
• A minimum of 2 - 3+ years leading diverse, distributed engineering teams across geographies.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Ruby, Shell, or JavaScript.
• Experience working with front-end frameworks like AngularJS, ReactJS, or Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with open-source tools and agile development methodologies.
• A strong understanding of software development best practices.
• The ability to connect technical deliverables to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in domains such as Partner Relationship Management (PRM) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and sense of ownership.
• Strong presentation and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and foster trust.
