Full-Time Market Research Associate (Danish)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project Recruitment: Ensure recruitment tasks for projects in Scandinavia and other QQFS assigned markets are completed.
• Respondent Recruitment: Reach out to M3 Global Research panelists via phone for cold calling to recruit respondents.
• Scheduling Interviews: Proactively plan, organize, and implement panel recruitment solutions to maximize internal resources, reduce outsource costs, and ensure project success.
• Project Updates: Provide updates to the project management team on progress, results, and action plans to meet timelines and specifications.
• Project Management: Flag projects with concerns to the senior manager if recruitment progress is off track.
• Outsource Targets: Ensure outsource targets for allocated markets are achieved.
• Panel Building and Engagement: Meet monthly registration targets for Scandinavia and other QQFS assigned markets.
• New Registrant Confirmation: Call new registrants to confirm and update email addresses.
• Account Reactivation: Call users to reactivate their accounts.
• Issue Resolution: Work across multiple systems to investigate, troubleshoot, and handle inquiries/complaints, providing solutions and alternatives, and ensuring resolution.
• Project Issues: Work with the Project Management team to resolve project-specific issues for members/respondents.
• Respondent Inquiries: Handle respondent inquiries according to company policy regarding outcomes and resolution time.
• Support System Improvements: Provide input on and assist with updating communication procedures, guidelines, and enhancements to the Support Ticket System.
• Panel Member Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with panel members through timely and professional communication.
• Panel Member Support: Provide high-quality support to M3 Global Research members via phone and email/support ticket.
• Team Collaboration: Work with other global Panel team members to report and resolve potential issues with internal and external systems/processes.
• Fraud Investigation: Investigate fraud respondents and take action based on M3 data quality procedures.
• Member Verification: Complete the verification process for newly registered members.
• Link Testing: Complete link testing for online Market Research projects and overlays for qualitative online screeners.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Fluency in Danish and ideally other QQFS languages (French, German, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch)
• Clear and effective communication (verbal and written) with diverse audiences
• Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, Social Media, emails, assigned tools)
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and investigative skills
• Ability to ask probing questions, respond effectively and accurately, and ensure audience support
