This opportunity allows you to lead integrated campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging data and storytelling to drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth. Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring marketing strategies to life and continuously optimize campaign performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment and timely delivery
• Communicate project milestones and maintain detailed plans and trackers
• Collaborate across teams to execute campaigns via email, social media, webinars, paid ads, and events
• Segment audiences and develop lifecycle marketing tactics, including persona-based engagement strategies
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign success and make data-informed improvements

Job Skills/Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in B2B/enterprise marketing or consulting
• Strong background in digital marketing, CRM tools, and lead nurturing strategies
• Proficient with marketing automation and customer intent platforms
• Excellent project management and analytical problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills using tools like Google Slides and Sheets

Pay Range: $55 - $60/hr
