Role OverviewWe seek a Marketing & Growth Operations Lead to scale Thrive's growth engine. You'll work at the intersection of marketing, data, operations, and user acquisition. Build systems, optimize funnels, and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own & optimize marketing stack (CRM, attribution, funnel tracking, dashboards).
- Create marketing reports connecting campaign performance to KPIs (active users, project funding).
- Design & execute growth loops (paid, social, email, content).
- Improve acquisition, engagement, & conversion across funnels.
- Implement audience segmentation & targeting.
- Coordinate multi-channel GTM campaigns & Thrive product launches.
- Assist in managing incentive programs (token rewards).
- Provide growth insights through analytics.
Requirements
- 3-7 years in marketing ops, growth, or revenue operations (ideally in crypto, SaaS, or startups).
- Strong grasp of marketing analytics, attribution models, and user funnels.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Segment, GA4, Dune, Looker, and Web3 analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to build systems & lead cross-functional execution.
- Understanding of onchain behavior, crypto user journeys.
