Contractor Marketing Manager - 12 Months FTC

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute brand positioning and messaging to attract job seekers and grow revenue (Brand Growth).
• Manage newsletters and automated campaigns (Email & CRM).
• Collaborate on SEO strategies, including video content, to boost visibility (SEO & Content).
• Monitor and optimize channel performance (Campaign Performance).
• Analyze user behaviour with data teams to target audiences effectively (Data & Segmentation).
• Implement creative social media strategies (Social Media).
• Innovate onsite and in email campaigns using real time search data (Personalisation & Automation).
• Lead the PA of the Year Awards (Event Management).

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experienced in driving tailored email campaigns and using email marketing software.
• Strong commercial sense and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using tools like SEMrush to optimize search visibility.
• Skilled in using Canva for visually engaging content.
• Ability to present data to senior management.
• Competent in managing multiple projects.
