Full-Time Marketing Manager II

What a Marketing Manager II does:

The Marketing Manager II will be the key player orchestrating multiple marketing projects in a regulated pharmaceutical setting. This role leads day-to-day operations and manages low to medium complexity projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Planning, implementing, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Adhering to high quality standards and organizational processes.
• Co-owning projects with senior-level staff.
• Developing comprehensive project plans.
• Handling submissions for regulatory review.
• Building and maintaining client and partner agency relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent, plus 2-5 years experience in account and/or project management.
• Proven track record in an agency setting.
• Experience in a regulated environment is preferred.
• Strong project management skills, including managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Client service mindset and comfortable communicating with clients and agencies.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $56,000 - $76,000. Compensation is dependent on location and experience.
